§4. Supported formats
- PPTX — editable PowerPoint file.
- HTML — self-contained HTML file for in-browser viewing or online publication.

§5. Order process
- The Customer enters a presentation topic and chooses purpose, style, slide count, language and format.
- The Customer fills the “additional requirements” field with at least 10 words.
- The system calculates the price based on format, slide count and currency.
- The Customer accepts the Terms and Privacy Policy and proceeds to Stripe checkout.
- After Stripe confirms the Payment, the system starts generating the Presentation.
- The Customer can follow the Order on a dedicated status page.
- Once generation is complete, the Customer downloads the files via buttons on the status page.
§6. Prices and currencies
- The Order price is shown before Payment.
- Price depends on the selected format, slide count, currency and the active pricing rule.
- Supported currencies: PLN and USD.

- The Service Provider does not store full card data. Card details are passed directly to Stripe.
- Presentation generation starts only after Stripe confirms the Payment.
- Card statement descriptor: “LorimiAI”.
§8. Service delivery
Typical fulfilment takes a few minutes from payment confirmation. Actual time depends on slide count, format, system load and third-party availability (Stripe, Anthropic). The Service Provider does not guarantee a fixed delivery time.
§9. Delivery of the digital product
- The primary delivery channel is the Order status page.
- The status page is available at an individual, hard-to-guess URL.
- Email delivery of the files may be added later and is not currently guaranteed.
- Files are available for download for the period stated in the Privacy Policy.

- The .pptx file can be edited in PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides and other tools compatible with .pptx.
- The .html file can be opened in any modern browser.
§11. AI content disclaimer
The Presentation is produced by an AI model. The Service Provider strives for high quality but does not guarantee that the generated content is free of factual errors, inaccuracies, language issues or other imperfections. The Customer should review the content before use, particularly for specialist, legal, medical or financial topics.
§12. Customer responsibilities
- The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered in the form.
- The Customer should not enter confidential information, trade secrets, third-party personal data or content they have no right to process.
- The Customer is responsible for how the generated Presentation is subsequently used.
§13. Complaints
- Complaints should be sent by email to contact@lorimiai.com.
- A complaint should include the Order number, the email used at checkout and a description of the issue.
- Response time: up to 14 calendar days.
Detailed complaint and refund rules are in the “Refunds and Complaints” document.
§14. Refunds and right of withdrawal
The Order concerns digital content delivered immediately after Payment confirmation. Under the Polish Consumer Rights Act and corresponding EU rules, the right to withdraw from a distance contract may be excluded for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if performance started with the consumer's express consent and after they acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is lost.
By placing the Order, the Customer expressly consents to the immediate start of performance and confirms that they have been informed about the limitation on the right of withdrawal.
Despite the above, the Service Provider reviews refund requests individually in justified cases, as described in “Refunds and Complaints”.
§15. Invoices
- The Service Provider is a registered VAT payer.
- Customers may request a VAT invoice where required by law or upon request.
- Invoice details (name, address, tax ID) should be provided at checkout or by email at contact@lorimiai.com within the period required by tax law.
- Invoices are issued electronically and sent to the Customer's email.
§16. Personal data
The controller of Customer personal data is the Service Provider. Full information about processing is in the Privacy Policy.
§17. Final provisions
- Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
- The Service Provider may amend these Terms. Customers with active Orders will be notified of material changes by email.
- If a provision conflicts with the law, the remaining provisions remain valid.
