Refunds and Complaints

Every complaint is reviewed individually. Below you'll find the procedure, what counts as grounds for a complaint and how the right of withdrawal applies to a digital service.

Nature of the service

LorimiAI provides a digital service: it generates presentation files (PPTX, HTML or PPTX + HTML) based on the brief you submit. Each order is processed individually after the payment is confirmed.

What can be claimed

Right of withdrawal

The service concerns digital content delivered immediately after payment confirmation. Under the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (and corresponding EU rules), the right to withdraw from a distance contract may be excluded for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if performance has begun with the consumer's express consent and after acknowledging that the right of withdrawal is therefore lost.

By placing and paying for an order, the customer expressly consents to the immediate start of performance and confirms that they have been informed of the limitation on the right of withdrawal.

When a refund is possible

Even so, we review refund requests individually in justified cases. We typically refund the full or partial amount when:

Refunds are issued to the same payment instrument used for the original payment. The actual settlement time depends on Stripe and the customer's bank — typically 3-10 business days.

Out-of-court dispute resolution

Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures. Information is available from the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (uokik.gov.pl) and the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
